"Had to Keep Explaining Myself"
I called twice about my order and somehow got two different answers. Nobody was rude or anything, but it was frustrating having to explain the same situation again and still not really get a clear answer. It also ended up taking way longer than they originally told me, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Feels cheap and doesn’t fit right"
I wasn’t really impressed with this. A lot of the parts feel thin, and they don’t line up or fit together as well as I expected. I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, which got frustrating fast. It just doesn’t feel as solid or well-made as it should

I picked up a few Wood-Mizer blades thinking they’d hold up well, but that wasn’t really my experience. They started off cutting fine, then seemed to go dull way quicker than I would’ve guessed. One of them was making rough cuts almost right out of the gate, which had me swapping blades more than I wanted to. Maybe I’m just assuming it was a bad batch from how they performed, but for the price, I expected better. I don’t think I’ll be buying these again...

"Too much maintenance for the money"
I bought a Wood-Mizer thinking I’d be able to fire it up on weekends, cut some lumber, and call it a day. The weird part is, I feel like I spend almost as much time messing with the machine as I do actually sawing wood.
Every time I go to use it, there’s something else to adjust, clean, grease, or check, blades, belts, guides, fluids, you name it. Maybe that’s normal if you’re running one professionally, but for me it’s just too much upkeep for what I paid. i regret buying it

The docs were clear enough, and I blame the training videos for making me look like I knew what I was doing quickly. I wasn’t left guessing, and my cuts got straighter way faster than I expected.

"Boards Were Right on the Money"
The boards I got were dead-on, which saved me a bunch of time I would've spent fixing things. If this order is anything to go by, they seem to really have their sizing and quality dialed in

"Saw Struggles and Leaves Rough Cuts"
I was disappointed with this saw. It literally bogs down while cutting and the boards come out rough, so I ended up spending extra time trying to clean everything up afterward

"It cuts fine and gets the job done…"
It cuts fine and gets the job done, but after about a year, a few parts started feeling loose and a bit worn out. I’ve seen other people mention theirs holding up better, so maybe I expected a little more durability. It’s not terrible by any means, just not quite as solid over time as I hoped.

"Not as happy with it as I thought I’d be"
I really wanted to love my Wood-Mizer, and there are definitely a few things I do like about it. But owning it has been way more of a headache than I expected?! Getting parts and support took longer than I thought it would, and a couple of the same issues keep popping back up. Overall, it’s just been kind of disappointing.

"Hydraulic log handling didn’t really save me any hassle"
I bought this mostly because I thought the hydraulic log handling would make the job easier, especially since I usually do my wood splitting on weekends after morning coffee and trying to get the dog out of the way. Unfortunately, it’s been kind of fussy and slower than I expected. The logs don’t move as smoothly as I was hoping, and I end up spending too much time adjusting and messing with things. Overall, I’m disappointed

There are plenty of upgrade options, which I liked right away. I kind of assumed the accessories would be more reasonably priced, though, and a few ended up costing more than I expected.

"I was surprised by how easy this mill..."
I was surprised by how easy this mill is to move. Towing it around hasn’t been much of a hassle at all, which was one of the things I was kind of worried about. Setup still takes me a little while, but once I get going... it’s really not bad. Overall, way more portable than I expected.

The site was simple enough to use, and checkout went through fine, so I can’t really complain too much. I did have to search around a bit to find one part, which was a little annoying, but overall it worked better than I expected.

I waited several days hoping someone would actually help me out, and when I finally heard back it didn’t really answer anything or fix the issue, so I was just left feeling like I wasted my time and still had the same problem.

"Pretty good experience overall"
I’ve ordered a handful of replacement parts from Wood-Mizer now and it’s been smooth, most of what I needed was actually in stock which made things way less of a headache, one part did take a bit longer than I thought it would but it still arrived in good shape, and the website was easy enough to figure out, so while I wouldn’t say everything was perfect I’d still call it a good experience overall.

"Good experience overall, just not the fastest shipping"
I ordered a few parts from woodmizer and overall the shipping went smoothly. The tracking info showed up after about a day, and the box was packed well when it arrived. It did come a couple days later than I was expecting, but everything was there and nothing was damaged. I think most customers would be fine ordering from them as long as they aren’t in a huge rush. I’d order again, just probably not for something I needed right away.

"Something feels off with the fuel use"
I’ve been using it for a bit and something just feels off with how fast it burns through gas. It seems like I’m refilling way more often than I expected, and I’m not too happy with that.

"Good value overall"
It works well for the price, and I’ve been happy with it overall. I do wish some of the extra accessories or add-ons were a bit more affordable, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me
